One on One Training

This is what I do and what I’ve done exclusively for the last 5 years, I will work with you to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals and teach you how to make and maintain progress for the rest of your life.

My philosophy is not a 30 day tummy toning program, the fad quick progress combined with your diet of the month is not a long term health strategy. Instead I will take the time to teach you about fitness and exercise, I want you to know why you’re doing what you’re doing and eventually come to enjoy doing it.

I take the same approach for nutrition, there is no diet, there is no secret superfood that will help you shed that stubborn belly fat. I will teach you how to make the changes to your existing habits to make sustainable progress.
